Isaac, an immigrant to Ireland, is part of the rapidly growing homeless population. One day, while charging his phone in a coffee shop, he meets Victoria, an elderly blind woman. In desperate need of a place to stay, when Isaac helps her bring her bags home, he secretly stays and begins to live there, unbeknownst to Victoria. This leads to a series of unknown interactions in which Isaac works to stay hidden to a woman who experiences the world through sound. Eventually, a strange bond develops between the two. Room Taken is a humorous ghost story about the still-living. A look into the lives of the millions that pass through life, invisible to society.
